Account name For sites that are setup in a domain be sure that you are entering your full domain name into the account name field on the login form.
Ex. www.yourdomain.com
New Domain Setups (24-48 hours)
Note: If your site has just been setup in your domain, it make take 24-48 hours for you to be able to access your site. If you receive a page not found error when trying to view or login to your site you should wait a while for the domain changes to take effect and try again.
Password
Enter the password you used when you created your account. Your password was emailed to you in the welcome email that was sent when you signed up for a trial.
NOTE: Passwords are case sensitve. Make sure you enter the password in the same case and that the CAPS LOCK key is not pressed.
