ChurchSquare is happy to announce the addition of our most recent staff member, Kim. Kim joins us with a background in customer support and communication. Her primary responsibility will be as a coach to assist customers in using the ChurchSquare Site Management Software and assisting with any other customer requests.

Kim will also be using her communication background to help improve the understanding of ChurchSquare's potential to customers. "It's clear when you talk with customers on support calls that it is hard to understand all the features and capabilities of ChurchSquare site management software. Mobile sites, podcasts, the content slider,

the Member Directory, Image Galleries, the functionality ChurchSquare has to offer is huge, but many clients don't have the time to learn about the components or how to affectively use them. I see my mission as making that task easier."

Kim will begin by developing and sending out e-newsletters. "We are not going to fill up our customers email with a bunch of junk mail but we do plan to send short, helpful newsletters about once every 2 months. We hope that each newsletter will give our customers just a few new ideas on how to improve their sites."
